Equal parts excellent and disappointing

Staff were pretty good too help plan my trip with personalized suggestions. The compact room was stylish with good Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the hotel.

While cute, the bathroom design could be described as intimate. Privacy may be a concern for some couples.

The place was clean and pleasant, had very handy and amazing staff on shift. The single room we stayed in was individual and GOOD in my towel. The room had an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a writing table plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

To get lost in the bustling Taipei Main Station area. The hotel offers a lovely common area with unlimited beverages, and the daily breakfast with steamed buns is a nice touch. Accessibility is excellent, but I wish the shower heated water faster.

The location was marvellous to Taoyuan airport, you may take train on Taipei Main train station within 10 minutes walk from here. The room was spacious and airy in general, with sofa bed.

It felt cute after a day of exploring. The daily breakfast with steamed buns was a nice surprise too. The staff were eager to help with directions and local tips, made my adventures more enjoyable. The shared bathrooms needed a bit more thorough cleaning, and I noticed the soundproofing wasn't great. Nighttime noise occasionally disrupted my sleep. The experience had many highlights, but those issues could use some attention.

Positive, Super convenient location, just a short walk to the train stations. The staff helped me book a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night, great. The room was small but clean, perfect for my needs.

Rooms aren't soundproof!!! Dusty surfaces and lack of comfortable chill areas could be improved!!! More attention to mould issues would enhance the experience!!!

The Nys Loft Hotel enjoys a prime location, only a short two-minute walk from Taipei Main Station, surrounded by numerous shops and dining options. The staff was friendly, eager to assist me with directions and local recommendations.

It was just a good match for a weekend excursion in Taipei with good price-quality ratio. The staff was really helpful in giving me directions to nearby attractions, made exploring the city easy. Try to request a quieter room if you're sensitive to noise.

I loved how there was a 24-hour front desk and the internet was super fast, especially in the lounge area. The game room and cozy reading nook were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the floors could've used a bit more cleaning, but it didn’t really bother me. 😊

On the downside, there were some noise disturbances at night, particularly from nearby areas, which detracted from the experience. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, affecting my ability to stay connected. The homemade desserts served were a good treat that added a personal touch to my stay.

This recently renovated place has friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms for three people with private bathrooms, and it is priced at GBP 100 per night.
